Return Policy

Though we endeavour to provide the best to you, if unintentionally, you are not satisfied with the quality of the product or service, you can contact us at (email/number) & we will get back to you at the earliest to address your concerns.

Once the fabric has been cut it is no longer possible to return or exchange a product unless there is damage in the fabric.

Never send back an item without consulting us. It’s very important that you do not send the item back to us until you have verified with us. No credit or replacement shall be given on such items (Details Available on product page).

Fabric Condition

Return fabrics must be in good resalable condition.

  • Do not wash the fabric – Once the fabric is washed, it cannot be returned.
  • Do not cut the fabric – Fabric must be the original cut length. If you cut it you cannot return it. The fabrics are marked on both ends.
  • Please click photo of fabric and send them through email or whatsapp.

If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or it is not something you ordered for or it was misrepresented on our website, contact us within 24 hours from receiving the product to info@gokulprint.com / +91 908140 33354. We will assist you on how to go ahead with your return.

  • If something happens in transit and the package does not get delivered to us, we will not be able to help you. So, always give back your items using registered airmail or courier
  • Any shipping cost with regards to the return of the product will have to be borne by the customer.

You will get the replacement shipped to you at no cost at all.

If the replacement of the product is not possible, we will request you to pick an alternate product of the same value.

As soon as we receive your product we will process your refund. You can get your money back in your bank account or you can opt for a gift card which can be used for any future purchase from fstudio.in. You can also opt for a direct bank transfer via any NEFT in case you have paid via COD mode.

We will notify you through an email confirming the transfer of credit to your account. Please give us 10-15 working days to process your returns & credit your account.

Disclaimer for colour & description

The details of the product (for instance weight, colour, handwork details, size, etc.) quoted with the product displays are only approximate values.

Slight variation on the actual colour is possible from how it appears on the website.

We assure you regarding the quality of our products. However, as regards to sequence and other beaded embroidery, these have a tendency to come off. Many times during strict physical checking, at customs during transit, more than usual sequences and beads come off. But do not be tense as if you look minutely at the attire worn by others at any party or occasion, you will definitely find some of the pieces are missing.

Due to repeated use, embellishments, beads and any other value additions or decorations may come off.

Easy Steps to Return

You must obtain a RETURN ORDER NUMBER within 10 days from your original order date for a refund.

Step 1. Obtain a RETURN ORDER NUMBER from us via email within 10 days of the original order date. Your email must include your name, original order number and the reason for your returned

Step 2. We will email you back with your RETURN ORDER NUMBER.

Step 3. Pack your purchase; send it back to us with your RETURN ORDER NUMBER along with the original invoice.

Step 4. Upon receiving the returned items, we will credit back your purchase amount to your account.

Cancellations / Order Changes

If you cancel your order before your product has been dispatched, we will refund the entire amount earliest, if you have paid for your order. If you have placed an order in COD more, we will simply cancel it.

You can cancel or change your order by emailing us or calling us (email/number) and your request would be processed earliest.

No cancellations or change in order will be accepted, once the product has been dispatched.

If your order contains products sold in OFFERS or SALE, we would not accept any returns / exchange / replacement request. SALE products are final sale only.
Only products that are tagged returnable and are bought with minimum 5 metres as a quantity are returnable.
