We offer the following shipping options – you will be asked to select a shipping method at checkout.
Free shipping on order above Rs. 1000/-
Order less than Rs.1000/- shipping charge Rs. 50/-
Order Processing Time
At Gokul Textile Prints, we understand the importance of timely delivery for our valued customers. That is why we make every effort to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.
After you place an order, it typically takes 1-2 business days for us to process and prepare it for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
We strive to deliver all orders within 10-14 business days, however, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Please note that delivery times may be longer during holidays or other peak periods.
We take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure they are delivered in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
